"We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!"

"Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. "Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. "Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

"This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!"

"Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. "Calabria is a province of hilltop villages and just outside San Vincenzo La Costa is this peaceful mountain refuge. The driveway is daunting at first but passable in any car and easy once you have done it. Host Claudia stocked the place with jam, bread and coffee and did everything to make me feel at home. There is great hiking from the house and even better a short drive away, and it easy to access all the wonders of Calabria in an hours drive in any direction. I cannot wait to come back."
