The inviting pricing caused me a bit of concern. I worried we would be disappointed. I had no cause for concern because it greatly exceeded expectations. First impressions : Spotless white painted exterior, five towers in the complex, all on the beach , all with views
Check-in was easy and quick, receiving my keys at the front desk. The staff helped us with our bags and told us how to find her apartment.
Exquisite joy to open the door and see the apartment! Beautifully decorated with an up-to-date beach themed motif . The apartment had everything we needed in terms of cooking, cleaning, towels and supplies.
The balcony was wonderfully situated with a great view of the of the beach and the pool, and hada dining table, sofa, chairs and side tables as well as a lovely lamp and ceiling fan. We were on the 4th floor.
Everything worked well, air-conditioning, hot water and had an easy to use garbage chute near the elevator just two doors away. The condo is accessed by outdoor corridors.
The landscaping was as lovely as Disney World or better! Coconut palms and tropical plantings everywhere, nothing out of place. The staff were all as gracious and sweet as can be. They were bilingual English Spanish maybe more languages!
The beach was well manicured, no debris, it had a wave breaker and safe area. Sometimes there were no guests on the beach at all. Just groundskeepers and guards. I understand there’s only a few high rent seasons in the year.
Coco restaurant on the beach. Food was excellent. The red snapper! And great paella. They do not stay open late at night however.
Garbage receptacles every 50 feet insured there was no trash to be seen anywhere. Various signs indicated that topless sunbathing is not allowed nor Loud music.
They stated it was a family beach..
Outdoor furniture was ample, and included covered lounging casitas, some some with sheer white curtains and windshields.
Well, our Experience was so wonderful I actually engaged a real estate agent to look at some of the units that were for sale. But then I thought, why would I need to own one when renting one is so affordable and easy? We will be back.
And Vivian and Sebastian were delightful to work with, we never met them, we didn’t have to, but to answer the questions online or by phone so easily. Very pleasant experience.
