Quiet, Redwoods, Hot tub!
Better than advertised! The pictures were accurate, but it was better in person! A quiet location with beautiful, massive, trees and the hot tub was awesome on the cool mornngs! Was initially concerned about no AC, but it was very comfortable and there were ample portable fans, if needed. Nice drive to the coast. Lots of restaurant options and wineries nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this little cottage in the redwoods along the creek was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful although we were here during the week. And while there are neighbors to the left and right. One was very quiet and the other neighbors were not there. a very nice place to retreat.

Amazing home!
My husband and I had an amazing five days here. It was a perfect location to do. Short little day trips. Everything that we needed was in the home. It was extremely clean. The hot tub was fantastic. The sound of the creek was really quite wonderful while sitting on the front porch with the fire pit.

Overall nice. There was a safety concern - no smoke detector, only the base was on the ceiling. Also, bedroom door starting to come apart, needs glue and shower door needs top hinge secured. The mantle in the living room needs right live edge glued. We really thank you for having quality, sharp knives in the kitchen.

Perfect and quite vacation spot.
The home was clearly recently renovated and was beautifully furnished, there was also lots of board games to play and 3 roku TVs. Definitely my favorite vacation rental I've ever stayed at.

Lovely Quiet Hideaway For A Relaxing Week
Place was ready when we got there, just needed to set the heat. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use. Good instructions for all the house stuff, and so many coffee options! The house is tucked back a mostly paved road, some low cars may have a little trouble. It's right next to a creek, it was very nice to sit and watch the water go by. Be aware that the light well to the second floor bedroom will also carry sound, so consider who stays in that bedroom. Guerneville is walking distance, and has everything we needed for supplies. All in all, a wonderful visit to a charming spot.

Late October in Guerneville
This is a secluded beautiful home along a creek bed. While there are several homes nearby, the area was quiet and beautiful; the redwoods that surround the home are truly spectacular. We hope to return soon!

Weekday Getaway
This place is perfectly nestled just outside of downtown and is a GEM! Nestled at the end of a lane, there is ample parking and a phenomenal view of what I can assume is an active creek though was dry during our stay. The living room is cozy and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Both bedrooms were perfect and the loft-style room up the stairs is like a little treehouse. We were able to do some work remotely, grill, play a few tabletop games, and rest. Such a great stay, would 100% book again.

Shortly Drive to Beautiful Redwoods
Very remote but close to great hiking. The house is one of the nicest in a quiet neighborhood. While the distance to downtown Guerneville would be considered walkable we did not feel comfortable due to the narrow shoulder and lack of sidewalks. Great property management was very responsive

Cabin in Guerneville
Beautiful cabin in the redwoods, well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having my dog with us, very dog friendly! Management company very responsive, we needed more towels, they were there within the hour! Highly recommended!

Exceeds Expectations
The cabin is wonderful and has great aesthetics! It’s a classic take on a cabin in the woods, but it has all of the wonderful amenities that you come to expect from living in your own home. There is an abundant amount of space to park, and the four giant redwood trees cropped in and around the building are absolutely beautiful along with a lovely, decorated interior, comfortable beds, and and close to River Road. We plan to book it again for next year!

Wonderfully secluded house
Loved the view of the river tributary off the deck. House was in quiet area with plenty of parking room. Hot tub has quaint fairy lights and view of redwoods. We had 3 propane tanks, plenty for fire pit and bbq grill. Only thing I would note, deck has two Adirondack chairs and a metal tall bistro table. If you have a party of more than 2, I would bring a few camp chairs so you can gather around the fire pit together.

Almost perfect
We stayed here for 3 nights. Nice location right in the red woods. Very nice cabin, quiet. Everything you need for a nice stay. Only 2 issues. 1, the hot tub was not working properly. The temp would not go above 95, which was not warm enough for us. 2, the trash and recycling did not seem to get empty. We only produced 1 kitchen bag of trash and 1 kitchen bag of recycling which would not fit in provided cans.

Main heater broken-cold stay.
When we arrived at the house we were very pleased with the cleanliness, decor, kitchen provisions and hot tub. However, the main heater providing warmth to all living spaces except the bedrooms, was broken. They provided us with a plug in radiator type heater which wasn’t very effective. I found a very small plug-in heater in a closet that I also plugged in, which helped a bit since it blew the heat with a fan. I notified vacasa that the main heater didn’t work the very first night. They didn’t contact me until the next day, and only said they would tell the local manager. I had to call 2 more times and tell them we were freezing, wearing coats, and covered with blankets, before they finally had the local manager bring an additional heater. However, that was after 3 nts of freezing and at my suggestion that they bring another heater. I wasn’t happy with vacasas service at all! I also discovered there was a problem with the next house I was staying at the following week (vino nest). They had the house listed with a hot tub, but after I booked it, the confirmation email said it was out of order. They refused to book me into a different house. I also found out that the hoUse is very difficult to get to. The road is very steep, covered with mud from a mudslide, it’s 1 lane only so if another car is coming, I have to back down this steep narrow road. I told them it’s too dangerous and I wanted a different house, but they refuse. Vino nest is at the top of a steep, and very narrow
