Great stay with plenty of room
We had a great stay here. The home was clean and modernly appointed. Communication with the owner was always met with a prompt response. We didn't need all 4 beds, but if you did, you'd still have plenty of space to spread out. We had our pup with us, so having the fenced in yard was nice for her to roam while we enjoyed the pool. If I had to find a gripe it would be the grill. It was very rusty and the middle burner was collapsing. Time for a new one. Other than that it was a 5-star stay!

Great Family Stay
This was a great spot for our family to enjoy some special time together in the Pensacola area! So easy to get to. Felt very safe and had all the amenities we needed. Open spaces are large, great for games and dining. Bedrooms + bathrooms were all cozy and clean. Owners were communicative and gracious. We'd totally stay here again!

The house was very spacious for all of us . The pool was very big . I wish the beach was walking distance, but we were aware it wasn’t and it still was not a bad drive . Might hate seeing how much toll bill we get. They need a new couch , there are two futon couches and not comfy at all . Also, some more towels for the home for a large group , we washed several times.

All seven who slept at Rosie’s Retreat gave👍👍👍👍👍. And we local parents, family enjoyed visiting. I don’t think anyone swam much…too busy visiting, etc. Especially loved the Rosie art. 😀 🐾🐶. Gus says hi.

Great Spot
The ideal location for a family or group of friends. In a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from Shoreline Park and Publix, and just 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach. The pool was wonderful, host was responsive and house was very comfortable.

Blue Angels Beach Vacation
For our vacation, we wanted to plan it around the Blue Angels Air Show on the beach and this house did not disappoint. It is about a 10 minute drive to Pensacola which was convenient for the couple of times we went to the beach. The air show was awesome and something everyone should experience. Quick tip: get there early to get a parking space. The house itself was exactly as described. The owner, Sarah was very helpful and punctual in fixing an issue with the pool. As others mentioned, the pool area does need a little work, but it is still very nice. We used the gas grill a few times and had no issues. I will say, the kitchen utensil situation is disappointing. No large pots or cookie sheets. We ended up bringing a muffin pan assuming there would be none reading other reviews and we were correct. My advice, if you have some baking item you need, you should probably bring it. The ping pong table did not have any usable balls so we ended up buying a cheap pack at Walmart and left them there for the next guests. Overall, we would stay here again as it was a nice place and the location and neighborhood were quiet yet close to many stores and restaurants.

Could not have been much better.
First off communication with owner was great. House was super clean when we walked in. Pool was a little dirty but pool guy came the day after we checked in so can’t complain about that. We can’t help what the wind blows into the pool. Beds were all super comfortable sheets and towels all nice and clean. Owner let us check in a little early after a long drive in from Texas so that was awesome . Checking out was easy most places want you to strip down beds and some even start a load of laundry for them. All the owner asked is for us to start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes we had left. Which was clearly easy. I would for sure stay here again for the amount of room you have in this house and the price you can’t beat it. Super near everything from shopping to the beach. Not walking close but she clearly has it in the listing 4 miles and it is spot on. Just a few min from the Walmart or Publix to stock up the food. The only negative I would say and this was nothing that would stop me from renting again. But may help you in packing for a trip is the cooking pans are limited. No big skillet for cooking larger meals. House holds a lot of people so for breakfast for example you need a bigger pan for making lots of scrambled eggs. Like I say that was the only thing we had to go grab extra so not the end of the world. I highly recommend staying in this house.

This home is beautiful, spacious, super clean! Sara (property owner) was super nice, communicated with us with ease! Very nice property
This was a very nice place to stay. Very spacious for our family of 6. Very clean home, and just very nice overall. The pool was great for us! We paid extra for the heat for the pool, and used the pool all week. Very nicely located between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Lots of options closeby for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. Only negative we found was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable for as nice as the house was. The main couch was a futon, and the loveseat was similar. We would stay here again if visiting this area in the future!

Large and Modern
This is a great place for family to gather. The 2 en-suite rooms are large with tables in both sides of the bed and large, updated bathrooms. The other 2 rooms are nice size with big closets for storage. The living room is large and there is plenty of seating in the kitchen. If you plan to cook, this property lacks space for food storage and the kitchen is modestly stocked with pans. Although we didn’t use it, the pool is a great feature with plenty of outside seating. The ping pong table is also a plus for families. My only complaints are the lack of seating in the living room for the number of bedrooms (assuming 2 people per room) and an awkward (but prettty) kitchen. It is conveniently located between Pensacola and the outer island. Getting to either is quite easy. Host was very responsive during our stay.

Wonderful place. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed the property. It felt clean and new. The only complaint I have is the coffee pot had coffee grains in the water reservoir so it was not usable to us and the towels smelled of mildew which was an easy fix for us since they had a washer and dryer that had a sanitizing setting. Overall, we loved this location, the amount of space and restrooms they had and the host was easy to contact.

Thanksgiving Celebration
We stayed for 5 nights during Thanksgiving week and hosted a family dinner for 20 with the advanced permission from the host. It was big and spacious and accommodated our family well. The microwave broke and the host was extremely prompt with contact and a replacement. Would stay again.

must love dogs to stay here!
The inside was nicely decorated, and the bathrooms have beautiful tile showers, with the best water pressure. Very convenient to the Beach and Festival Grounds at Pensacola Maritime Park. If you are not a dog person, this is not the place for you. Dog hair all over, even after I called and they re-cleaned. Dog hair in the towels and on all of the bedding. The outside could use some work around the pool and in the playroom. Overall we had a good time.

Family and pet friendly
The property is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need a short distance away. The home is clean with a big open kitchen/dining/family space and the private pool was great fun. Sara is very responsive to any questions or needs that may arise - would certainly stay here again.
