Highly Recommended Townhouse
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a townhouse that exceeded all my expectations. Situated in a fantastic location with a sense of privacy that was much appreciated, this townhouse truly stood out. The townhouse itself was beautifully appointed and offered plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. The updated fixtures throughout added a touch of modern elegance, while the bathrooms were particularly impressive with their generous size and amenities. One of the highlights was the sleeping experience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. Moreover, the view from the master bedroom was nothing short of breathtaking, creating a serene and picturesque setting. Communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. Any questions or needs were promptly addressed, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. With its great location, spacious layout, impressive amenities, and excellent management, this townhouse is an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

Many stays in Morgie but this place is by far the BEST YET!!!
Loved everything about this house! Had everything for cooking and cleaning and beaching! Stocked even better than listing description! So clean like super exceptional for what we are used to walking into at Fort Morgan homes. It is a duplex but it was not an issue at all! Will definitely book here again when we can!

We stayed the last week of September, 2023. The home was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed. The furnishings were very comfortable. Would recommend to everybody-it’s lovely! Best part is walking out the door straight to the beach!

Great vacation
Simply the best! Everything was spotless. Only one thing. Needs a blind over the kitchen window. One more thing. Could use a chest of drawers in each bedroom. Excellent kitchen set up. Loved it.

Beautiful home and beach
We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The home is very well stocked with everything needed. The beach is steps away and was absolutely beautiful. The water was clear and we saw dolphins daily. Such a relaxing and peaceful place for a perfect vacation

Beautiful beach getaway…
My favorite beach vacation by far. The host was in great communication throughout our stay. This home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the eclectic decor very tastefully done. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except a citrus squeezer which we purchased and left. There were plenty of clean towels in each of the three bathrooms. The views from both balconies were amazing, we saw dolphins every morning. But my absolute favorite part of this house is the ease to the beach and absolutely no crowds. No fighting for your spot on the beach at 5:30-6am. We went down to the water every day between 9-10am. East to get back to the house for snack, drinks, or restrooms. No waiting for elevators or looking for parking. I can’t say enough good things about this location. I guess the only downside is the distance to Gulf Shores restaurants, activities etc. We planned our menus and grocery shopped. We only went out to dinners 2 nights. We were a moms daughters beach trip and our goal was beach time…. And we enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful and comfortable!
This property has been renovated beautifully. It had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable. We loved being right on the beach and sitting on the porch in the morning. I hope to return to Big Blue!

Fabulous House!
Our stay at this house was so wonderful. We have stayed at many houses and condos from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Ft. Morgan, and this was by far the most well-equipped with kitchen utensils, gadgets, pots/pans, mixing bowls, extra plates, glasses, plentiful and fluffy towels, including darker make-up remover towels, hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms, etc. There were also beach chairs, floaties and umbrellas. The house was recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen island was huge and had tons of cabinet space. The kitchen and living room furniture was all new and the kitchen table was very large, perfect for meals and game nights. The mattress in the master was new and very comfy. The owner, Veronica, was lovely to deal with. You can tell she really cares about her guests and her property. She even mentioned that she swaps out the kitchen knives every 2 weeks and sharpens them. It is just a few steps to the beach and because there are only houses nearby, the beach was not crowded and had plenty of space to spread out. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back very soon.

Lovely, Family Friendly, Clean
Lovely, clean, beautifully decorated home. Very nice bath towels, kitchen stocked with every tool/appliance I could think of, perfectly tasteless filtered water from the refrigerator. Stunning views from both covered decks. Very close to the beach, exactly what we wanted. Perfect set up for families with young kids needing to bounce back and fourth from ocean to the house: (bathing suit, dry clothes, back to bathing suit, naps, need to potty, snacks, ect)! The beach was so peaceful and felt like we had a private beach to ourselves! Safe and family friendly location. Our family fished the surf and caught: pompano, catfish, cobia, sting rays, jack crevalle, crab, whiting, and a small shark (about 24”). The kids helped rake sand crabs too! Cleaned & cooked pompano for supper! Our kids loved the adventure to Fort Morgan and seeing history. Loved the oysters from Papa Rocco’s. We 100% recommend staying at this well crafted & well-maintained home. Love, The Kline’s Columbia City, IN

Can’t be beat!
Big Blue is just fantastic. The home is well laid out for families. It is also very well equipped for your vacation. Little things make a big difference. The laundry was well furnished with all the necessities. Extra paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing liquid were among the items that were provided. The beach is feet from the back door. For people who love spending time on the sand, Big Blue is perfect. The water’s edge is so close we never worried with a cooler. It was so convenient to walk a few feet up to the house. Also, the beach isn’t crowded and the few people in the area were polite and respectful. Easy to recommend Big Blue - 10 out of 10 for us.

First visit to Fort Morgan
My family and I enjoyed the property and its amazing views. As a family we were able to maximize our time on the beach due to the homes close proximity. The cleanliness of the property allowed for relaxation and ease of mind when it came to putting our children to bed. Look forward to staying in this home again. Great for large gatherings.
Not only was everything beautifully decorated, there was room for everyone without stepping on everyone’s toes. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of seating for meals, (indoors and on the deck,) tv/movie watching, and board games. Plenty of pantry space. The bedrooms were nice. The only negative was finding out that people were walking under neath the house using it for a walk through path to and from the beach.

Excellent!
Our first time to the area and this is where you want to be if you like beachfront access, less crowds, and/or fishing. White sand and blue water makes for a very pretty location. The newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous! The house is super clean, fresh, nicely decorated, and well stocked for cooking meals. Ms. Veronica is an excellent host and really goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. This house is on the beach, just a few steps to the shoreline and the views are to die for! It takes about 25 min to get back into town, but 5-10 min away is a dollar general and gas station for quick grab items. I would definatley book this house again!

Great house
We had the best time staying in Big Blue. Gulf Shores was extremely crowded being the week after Memorial Day and there happened to be a Little League World Series in town, but we didn’t know it unless we drove into Gulf Shores! Fort Morgan is very nice and quiet. We have never been to Fort Morgan when it has been overcrowded. That’s why we love staying here! This is the second time we have stayed at Big Blue. The first time was 3 or 4 years ago. It was nice the first time but it is very nice and newly renovated! The colo scheme is relaxing with lots of whites and subtle shades of grey. The showers are nice with tiled walls and shower doors. The shower heads are the rainfall style. Everything is very crisp, clean and new feeling. The bedrooms are a good size. Room for plenty of kids. The master bedroom is large enough for a playpen which is sometimes difficult to find. The beach is lovely as well. Ms. Veronica is the perfect hostess. She is very caring about your needs and will check in with you during your stay. She is also very easy to contact if something is needed. We will definitely be back for a third visit!

Perfect, peaceful location
Beautiful! A perfect location if you're looking for a peaceful option - that's still within easy driving distance of the activity in Gulf Shores. Our group loved being able to split up in the four upstairs bedrooms (with the kiddos especially loving the bunk room!) and then congregating downstairs each morning for coffee and breakfast. Spend the day on the low-traffic beach, and then cook dinner, visit one of the few close restaurants (we enjoyed Tacky Jacks), or hop in the car to drive into Gulf Shores for more dining options. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Check-in was simple, and they were gracious with any questions our party had!
