"We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautifully landscaped condo complex overlooking Wailua Bay. We walked to the beach every morning to catch the sunset. The condo had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel equipment. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure."

"We loved the property. The views from the front and the rear balcony were breathtaking!. I miss it already!! It was in excellent proximity to everything you want to see in the northern area of Kauai. Communication was great with Jim, the owner. As described in the listing, it did not have a stove or oven but we knew that ahead of time. We were able to eat breakfast there, packed some lunches for our hiking and beach days and ate our dinners out at great restaurants. We would definitely stay...

"We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.) The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door. I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend. "

"The property is tired, needs some updating. The area rug on the worn out carpet is a tripping hazard for older people. The bedroom is nice, very comfy bed. I cleaned the coffee pot so I could use it. A replacement is needed. I also cleaned the filter in the dishwasher so it could actually clean the dishes. The location close to the Coconut shopping center was great. The condo is in a very good location for traveling around the island. It was so great to see the beautiful sunrises every morning...
