"Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me...

"Sunshine/warm weather state?? Check-in was easy. House was nice and communication with host was easy. Area was quiet, which was nice. Online it listed bikes were available (only 1 bike), garage there was a vehicle already parked in there, and unbeknownst to us until we got to the property, there were no paper products, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. that are available at many VRBOs. Also when we were preparing to make coffee, there was a filter in the pit with moldy...

"This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay."
