Skin crawling experience
The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom

Warm pool, great golf course
We had a great time while in Florida. The golf course surrounding the property was a lot of fun to play. The house was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was nice and warm.

Many Problems
Manager sent me rude comments because we had many issues such as rusty oven, ants, dryer not vented removed lots of lint, pool rarely cleaned, mattress filthy, bathroom door lock locked us in we fixed this ourself. When we called about filthy pool we were told it was cleaned two days ago and this was untrue.

No cable, bugs crawling all over dwelling and unsanitary furniture
We arrived at dwelling to find small insects crawling throughout the premises. There was no cable and damp carpeting in hall way upstairs. Also, the sofa and loveseat was filthy unfit for dwelling.

My Experience
The house was not comfortable at all. The pool was not clean, the kitchen has bugs in it. We could not cook in the kitchen ronto insects. Left some donuts in the pack in the kitchen and came back full of bugs. The house overall needs deep cleaning and need to be sprayed. My family was comfortable the entire time, felt like we had rent a run down hotel.

Want what we expected
Communicating with David wasn’t good. There were bugs and spiders downstairs, there were WiFi problems and made it hard to work, the only tv that worked was downstairs in the living area. The driveway can only fit 1 car because you don’t have access to park in the garage and the street is small so you have to be very careful.

Owner need to spend more money
We arrived and found that the AC would not go lower that 73, might be fine for some people, however, my son and I use a CPAP machine and really need it about 70 degrees. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work, the pool had bugs and debris floating on the top because the skimmer did not work. Absolutely NO parking for extra cars or guests to park. Rugs upstairs looked like they have not been cleaned in years. I believe that the owner just want to make money on this property because they will not allow the AC to go lower than 73 degrees and stated that it would freeze up the condenser, It appeared to be a new not very old condenser.

I've tried contacting the owner to let him know about my experience the house looks lovely who was lovely the washer did not work TV's didn't work in any of the rooms that for the living room there was no signal but the thing that got me the most was there was bed bugs in all the beds my kids were getting eaten by bugs
