"It's fine but the treatment wasn't very friendly and they didn't have the pool open the two days I was there and we mostly went to that hotel for the pool"

"The property was clean inviting staff was very helpful and kind. My kids loved the pool there were pool toys provided by hotel, and breakfast was good loved the potatoes and them having two different flavors of waffle mix to choose from!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to local restaurants and attractions. Very clean. Easy access and check in/check out. Kitchen supplies are a little sparce. No mixing bowls or pots for stove top. Made meal prep a little difficult. Have to step up into the shower and no place to put toiletries. Enjoyed our walks around the lake and through the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful area."

When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which...

"My husband and I needed to get away for a couple of days to rest amd relax. This was a birthday and anniversary trip for us. The area was ok. The house was cute and clean! It was the best part of our trip:). The hosts were very easy to communicate with and so very sweet! Thank you for the lovely gift! I would say that was my favorite part. It was so unexpected. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The cabin was super cute and very clean. Checkin was super easy. Great communication with the host. They even had a gallon of water for us in the fridge and some bottles bedside on the nightstand which was such a nice extra touch. We had some friends staying in a few of the other cabins. It’s a great place to go with friends and all be together, but still have your own private space. Loved it! Will definitely consider renting again. "

"Everything you need for a relaxing weekend for 1-2 people. The shower head needs replacing as it tends to go straight to go to middle of back wall and can’t move it to a more accommodative angle. Shower sprayer built into the head would work perfectly. Great water pressure! There isn’t public access to the lake actually. I wanted to go sit by the lake on a public grassy area and read but all the lakeside is private backyards of residential homes. Did not expect that. But it was quiet and...

"This was my second stay at Grandpa's Cabin and absolutely loved it! I don't get to see my dad and brother as much as I'd like but we managed to get together for "deer camp". We used the cabin as a base for our nearby adventures and it was fabulous. Highly recommend. "
