"I loved the boathouse...it was a beautifully rural location...it is next to a working boat yard...but it wasnt noisy..water has such a calming effect..the stay relaxed us so much...its a perfect stay if you want to switch off from the world for a little bit...i would definitely go back again.. "My friend and I had a great stay in early June. The location is somewhat isolated but nothing is really close together on Isle of Skye anyway so it didn’t matter (we had a rental car). It did mean it was quiet and beautiful! Very clean and it seems like a lot of love goes into the property. Good communal areas. I was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast.
