"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"If you want to visit Oxford, then this cottage is excellently located. You can catch the bus in to the city from the village, or the park and ride bus terminal is close by. The cottage is quiet and comfortable. Note that the double bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, so is open to the living space. The kitchen area is compact, but has all you need as long as you're not wanting to cook anything too ambitious. There is a Smart TV, so you have access to streaming services. We enjoyed our stay...

"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."

"4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay."

"Peter and Kaye were GREAT hosts. The place was immaculate and exactly what was described online. More than enough room for me, my wife and 15 year old daughter. They even left a bottle of Chardonnay for our Friday night arrival and Peter brought over 2 great beers!! Their 2 dogs were VERY friendly and my daughter just loved them. I HIGHLY recommend staying here the next time you are near Cookham UK. Thanks again for a GREAT time!! Hope to see you again. Elmhurst IL Gang"

"House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. "I recently hosted my baby shower here. The house worked really well for this as had lots of parking and free parking on the road and the open plan room at the back meant we could all be in the same room. Fernando was very helpful and had great communication in the lead up. My family stayed at the property too. Unfortunately there were some leaks but I believe Fernando is aware and sorting these."

"Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero están bien. Todo limpio y tienen una máquina de café, tes y chocolate las 24 horas del día que está genial. También tienen una zona Office con microondas y menaje de cocina básico para que puedas comer o cenar en el mismo hall del hotel, así que si compras comida en un Supermercado allí puedes comértela. El punto negativo del hotel es el sitio: las afueras están sucias y dejadas,como en general en toda la ciudad de Luton. A ciertas horas no creo que sea seguro...

Necesitaba un hotel como La Tour Excelente ubicacion junto al shopping mas grande de Inglaterra y rodeado de teatro, cine y restaurants.
