"This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again. "The location was great near a park and the main shopping area. Overall the house was good for a family to stay but some of the kitchen dishes and bedding/towels were not clean. The house also wasn’t equipped with disposables - no extra toilet paper, no paper towel, no extra kitchen garbage bags."

"Really impressed with location of property (we attended Goodwood Festival of Speed). Instructions provided were easy to follow and were correct. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The kids played for hours with the provided toys and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable and perfect after a long day walking. This will be our first port of call the next time we are in the area and we could have easily stayed longer."
