"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. "This is our 5th year staying at the North Carolina beaches and this was by far the best place yet. It is dog friendly, all sheets and towels are extremely fresh and clean, beds are comfortable, matching glassware, plates, pots, pans etc for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and the views are right on the beach and the sound. There are enough beach chairs and 2 sturdy kahaks to enjoy in the sound. We are definetely looking at staying at this place again next year!! "

"The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon."

"WOW what a beautiful property!!! It was clean and very well maintained and we all enjoyed the the stay so much that we plan to return to this beautiful place soon again. Only one issue was that the gas was empty for the fire pits so we missed using it for one night and they replaced it the next day so we’re able to use it next night. Highly recommend this property…just amazing!!!"
