"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"We loved our stay at the Champaine House! The space was welcoming with stunning views front and behind of the marsh. We were very comfortable sleeping 6 - 8 and the main level was great for hanging, cooking, and people watching. Hope to be back again! "

Confused about the parking area as there are multiple no parking signs with different dates and times. Host was a little slow to respond, we didnt vet check in info till almost 6 when check in was at 4. Also never heard back from host after asking about parking. "

"Spent 5 nights while visiting family in the area. Loved walking the beach and found the crashing of waves against the seawall mesmerizing. We were staying in the off-season so we felt at times we had the beach all to ourselves. Condo had everything we needed and our host was quick to respond to our inquiries. "

"This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating!
