Our family of four stayed here for a weekend with grandma and grandpa. The downstairs has two bedrooms plus a sitting area with pull out couch that worked well as a third bedroom so the kids could each have their own room. The upstairs has one more bedroom near the living room and kitchen. There are two ample balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. The top balcony provides partial views of the beach/ocean. Opening up the sliding doors, you can enjoy the smells of the sea throughout the house.
The managers were also very responsive. One of the closet door handles had broken off previously, the shower door fell off, there were no sheets for the pull-out bed, and there were only a few coffee filters left. The manager sent a person who fixed all of these elements while we were out on the second day.
There was one issue with cleanliness; my daughter found hairs and stains on her bed pillow. There were a few other pillows like that. My pillow appeared to be clean, but now I have an eye infection two days later and am at the doctor’s to get medicine. The cleaners may not be changing sheets after each guest, which was a complaint in a Vacasa review in Aug.
If you plan to cook, be forewarned, it’s not a well-equipped kitchen. For frying pans, there is only a six inch. There is a larger one, but the handle is broken sitting in the cabinet next to it. There are no baking pans, but there are baking sheets. There is no peeler for potatoes, carrots, apples. Most knives are dull, etc.
