Not a big problem for me, but if you like it warm, and the people above like it cold (or vice versa), you might be a bit uncomfortable at times. "Very nice house and beautiful location. Loved the dock and spent a lot of time there enjoying the great weather. Dock was perfect size for securing and storing my boat. Owner should fix hand rail on deck as it was very wobbly. In addition the bbq grill was covered in grease and caught our burgers on fire the first night. Had to breakdown the grill and clean to use the second night. "

"Lovely home and grounds! Every amenity we needed was there and in good working order. The hot tub was a huge hit and all the kids caught at least one catfish off the dock! Family get-together...huge success! We will stay here again if the stars align once again. "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch to start our days, and then relaxing by the firepit to cap it off. My kids loved playing on the dock and rocks along the shore. They could have spent a whole week down there. My one criticism is the lighting in the living room / kitchen is lacking. It seemed dark in there, even in the middle of the day with all the windows. Other than that, it was great!"
