"Elisia was the best host!! PERFECT house for us. She also allowed us to bring our 10 lb. papallion dog, which was a huge plus for us since we don't go anywhere without him. The house was very warm and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Our host Becky provided the two of us with a unique and quiet venue for the duration of our stay. Appreciated having the refrigerator / freezer available to make ice cubes that went into our water bottles for a warm outdoor hike at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Was also grateful of the host making the boxcar functional, comfortable, and air conditioned during the warm afternoons. Enjoyed spending time with the horses and the dogs, too. Thank you for a terrific stay!"

"This place was the cleanest place we have stayed! Immaculate! Charming small quarters well decorated and comfortable. The animals were a plus. The grounds were so nice with an inviting look. You do share this property with the stable so there is a haylike smell. The hist was very gracious and kind. "

"Home is comfortable and as pictured. Wildlife is just outside the door or walking past picture window. Just wish it had a second bathroom or half bath. Driveway is mostly dust, needs more packed gravel. Didn't take our Trike off the trailer as not sure we could make it back up the driveway. Loved the back patio, in fact I want some of those patio chairs. "

"The place itself is very nice. Big plenty of room and very clean. We rented this place to have our grandaughters 1st birthday party. In the pictures it shows green grass in front and back. Those pictures should be updated. Yard is no longer green, very dry."

"It was just my husband and I ... we really enjoyed our stay, The views, the peacefulness and a gorgeous sunrise are all very good reasons to visit again. Grounds are extremely well maintained and manicured. Love their policies on land management. Clean and comfortable ... our only negative was trying to get the grill going to cook our steaks. We ended up having to cook them under the broiler. A very minor negative when compared to all the positives. "
