The home and property are beautiful well apponted and stunningly landscaped. And the view is just breathtaking. "The property was a little hard to find for us because we came up at night. But that was our own fault. Overall it was very pleasant to be able to spend the night here. I came here for my birthday night before making another long haul drive and I felt very relaxed before the long drive we took. The property manager answered my messages on here very quickly. I recommend this place to anyone! "

"The place was ideal for myself and 4 friends. We were amazed at the view and sound of the ocean from the house. It was a comfortable house. We enjoyed the patio area every morning with our coffee. However we did have to go buy cooking oil, and salt for the kitchen but everything else we needed was available. We also bought cleaner and cleaned the scum off the bathtub and noticed dust bunnies and candy wrappers under at least one bed.Overall we loved the ocean view and location of the property....

"Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! "Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. "Spectacular view of the ocean! Great communication with property owners. Condo clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Nice balcony with glass panels so you could sit and see the ocean. "This property was the perfect stop in our exploration of the southern Oregon coast. The views were spectacular which is saying a lot considering we are from Hawaii. The hosts provided everything needed to make our stay so comfortable. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness to their guest’s needs was very apparent and appreciated. "My now wife and I had the pressure of staying at Gary's cabin located in the White Rock Resort. We chose this property to stay for our elopement, and we could not be happier with our decision. Cosmetically the place could be touched up in spots, however that does not take away from the absolutely gorgeous views and natural light.
