Great Weekend Get-Away
We loved our first experience at a B&B. The whole B&B was clean, warm, and inviting. Chris and Jess were great hosts. Breakfast was wonderful and the complimentary wine tasting was fabulous. We loved the proximity to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands.

Host and hostess were very nice and accommodating ! Bed was pretty comfortable and room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. No extras no fuss. Property needs a little attention but house was nice. We had a comfortable nights stay.

We came here for a mini honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The property managers were wonderful and we had no issues or concerns throughout the stay. Will definitely book with them again if we are in the area!

Amazing B&B!!! Don’t hesitate to book!
Best B&B we have stayed in to date anywhere! Hosts Chris and Jennifer could not have been more friendly or accommodating, also professional and full of great info. The made-to-order breakfast was amazing! And Finn the black pug made our stay even more wonderful with his love and friendliness! My husband had a wine tasting with host Chris and their tasting room is really a cool spot. This is in a great location by Petoskey. Can’t recommend this beautiful place enough. I wish we were in the area more often.

Great winter getaway!
This was a lovely home base for exploring northern Michigan in the winter with my partner! From the beautiful hilltop location, to the complementary breakfast (made to order!) and complementary wine tasting, the amenities on offer were great, and Chris and Jess were wonderful hosts.

Ski Weekend
Chris and Jessica warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home with water, coffee, snacks and relaxation options of indoor or outdoor sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, exercise bike and reading or game room. Breakfast is deliciously personalized to your preference. Property is clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a Keurig, so you could bring your own hot chocolate or apple cider K-cups (for non-coffee drinkers). Ask about breakfast time availability beforehand. Times are first come, first serve.

Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but were only minutes from everything.
We had the entire wing of the house to ourself. Took advantage of all the amenities, indoor spa, hot tub and sauna! A private winery on-site with free wine tasting was a bonus. The breakfast was made to order and delicious 😋. The host were accommodating and let us leave our dog while we enjoyed a day on the ski hills that were only a 3 minute drive. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful property, great location
My boyfriend and I passed through on our roadtrip and loved the property especially the dining area and the decks! The property is also right down the road for a quaint lake town and a great bike way that connects a few other lake towns including Petoskey!

This was exactly the kind of place we needed after a long day of driving and sightseeing. Just a one night stop on our way further north. The hosts were great and we really enjoyed our breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!
The property was absolutely charming! Very convenient to visit Harbor Springs but far enough away from the crowds (10 minute drive) to be quiet and comfortable. The property managers were attentive, friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with the area and attractions. Breakfast was more than expected. Personal space was respected. Plenty of room.

We loved our stay here. The location is awesome (so close to Nub's Nob), the hosts are very kind, the room was comfortable, the food was great, and the hot tub and sauna was very enjoyable. Next time we come, we'll bring flip flops for the snowy walk from the hot tub to the Sunset House.

Cannot say enough good things about staying here!! Jess and Chris are awesome hosts. Very friendly and so accommodating! I wanted for nothing here. I wish I could have stayed longer. Although I did not do the wine tasting it was an amazing perk!
