"Such a beautiful place to stay. Parking and laundry on site. We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe King Studio. Magnificent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Easy to find, close food options and the property managers were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property. Was my favorite property to stay at on our SI 7 day trip. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this unique location. The view was outstanding and we were very comfortable here. The steep driveway is not for everyone, but our vehicle was small and we’re good at using mirrors to reverse. Hey, this town boasts the steepest street in the world! We navigated it alright.The location is a quick drive to the central part of Dunedin, the St Clair Hot Salt Pool, and Lamarck Castle. A lovely drive to the end of the peninsula to see the albatross and penguins, too."

"The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched.
