"Adorable house! So many windows, great view from all of them but you never feel like the neighbors are watching. The master bed placement is perfect. Wake up in the middle of the night and you can see the ships on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy couches, giant TV, kitchen well stocked. Our dogs loved it too. We will 100% return. Owners were very responsive and helpful as we made a last minute reservation and they had to go above and beyond to assist us. "

"Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later. "

"Very nice property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening walk. The house is very cozy and was very clean. Huge fenced in back yard was perfect for our golden retriever and the kids to run around, throw football, etc. An easy drive to the DE beaches - Cape Henlopen is our beach of choice. Selina was great in communicating the check-in process and quick to respond to any communication from us. Would definitely recommend this property and would return again."

"Dawn's Cottage is absolutely adorable and the perfect place to decompress, relax, and celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. Loved the remote location and beach access, yet still easy to get to Lewes & Rehoboth. We enjoyed trying out some of the hot spots in the helpful binder of local restaurants and attractions. "My family and I really enjoyed the stay at the house. Very comfortable house with many features. It was great having access to a pool in the backyard and use of the beach equipment was wonderful. I was able to communicate with the owners easily with any questions. My only suggestion is more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and wash clothes."

"Such a beautiful spot between the wildlife refuge and the Bay! Very comfortable house with everything we needed, spectacular sunsets and quick walk across the quiet road to the beach. Owners were responsive and helpful. So nice to be able to have our dog with us. We’ve stayed in several houses on this stretch of Prime Hook and this was our favorite. "
