"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"We loved our stay here, it's amongst the more interesting and unique neighborhoods in which we've stayed. The historical markers around the block are informative, and the property itself was perfect for my wife, our dog and I. Very conveniently located with regards to the highway, OTR, and UC, we can’t wait to go back for more Cincinnati fun!"
