"I am from Lewis County, my entire family still lives there, and I go home every weekend. I spent a week at this particular property over the summer and had the BEST time ever! Everything is stunning, clean, and new. Plenty of room! It has amazing beds/bedrooms, roomy bathroom with all the amenities, and new stainless steel appliances! PERFECTION! The only thing that made this even better was the owner. She was so helpful and kind!! I will be staying there as often as I can from now on!!...

"This was the second time my spouse and I have stayed at this wonderful property! Carol and Dan are the best hosts ever ! Anything we needed was already in the cottage ,even games, puzzles and movies if your not outside enjoying the fire and beautiful pond ! This is our forever spot to get away from the city and enjoy nature and tranquility. Next trip will be ASAP , we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in paradise. "Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...
