House was comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was great. Would make this house a go to Cape house in the future. Game room was a hit for adults and children!

The property was clean and spacious, it was well appointed with extra power cords, very soft sheets, all the basics (spices, dish soap, paper towels, etc) that are sometimes not there for a VRBO. Stacey was so pleasant to work with and very quick with her communications. The house had everything my teens wanted- we played ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, and Texas Hold’em! They had a blast and it was conveniently located in the heart of the cape every was with a 15-30 minute drive. We hit up some local ponds, mini golf, frozen hot chocolate at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans, and Chatham center for some shopping. The outside shower was a treat for my sister - she said it was exhilarating & awesome. The deck was lovely. The boys used the bikes and basketball net all weekend.Couldn’t have chosen a better place or lovelier hosts. They were warm & welcoming of us into their home. Five stars and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had such an amazing time at Stacey and Mike's place. Everything was comfortable, well stocked, and perfectly outfitted for our group! Stacey's communication was incredible right from the get go - she was thorough, timely, and clear in her instructions, and very responsive to questions. All in all a great stay and we would happily return!

House was perfect for our large family. Host was very thoughtful and did reach out to make sure everything was okay. Centrally located for us, was able to visit a couple of beaches and local shops. Will stay again if another trip to the Cape is in the future.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to all the Cape activities we had planned. The house was stocked with all beach items and more recreational items that I could have wished for. My son (15) and his friends loved the basement hang out space.

We were a group of 9, ages 16 months to 70, celebrating the 70th birthday. All were very impressed with the amount of detail that the hosts put into this house. Every possible contingency was covered. The setup of the house allows for multiple spaces for families to stretch out. The basement had so much to offer, but (unfortunately??) the weather was perfect and we didn't get a rainy day to enjoy it. The hosts were always just a text away if we had questions, and answers were thorough and detailed. We asked for recommendations for food, and took the birthday celebration to Clancy's. Cannot recommend it enough. Every meal was incredible. If you are looking for a spot to enjoy a family get-together/reunion, this is the spot for you. Thanks Stacey and Mike for sharing your home!

My daughter, Mom and I stayed at this fantastic house for 2 nights. We went to the Cape for my brother’s bridal bbq. We had an excellent experience, the whole family came over to make dinner and play games. Such a wonderful time in a very clean, spacious and fully stocked house. They thought of everything! We highly recommend this house!!!

My boys did not want to leave this place. Thanks to the awesome game room, they said this was “the best vacation ever!” (even though we only stayed 2 nights :) ). It was the perfect spot for our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and our dog to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. The kids were entertained downstairs while the adults were able to sit and catch up upstairs. We were only here for a weekend in the offseason, but it was a great location to go for a walk on the rail trail and pop over for a nice meal on the water in Harwich Port. We would love to come back in the summer!

Great weekend on the Cape staying and playing at this comfortable house! Signs everywhere reflect attention to detail and proactive communication from the hosts. Guys weekend and found the bunk beds too small (best for kids) so keep that in mind when calculating your crew size... would definitely stay here again!

Stacey and Mike are excellent hosts and their home was equipped with everything needed for an awesome vacation Stacey was quick to respond to any inquiries we had during our stay. You can tell they have put in a lot of effort and thought into what would make a stay at their home comfortable and fun. The kids loved all the fun games they had available and they had everything needed for a great day at the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evening with all the solar lights and cooking on the grill. The neighborhood is great to ride a bike around and take a walk. My granddaughter actually finally learned to ride her bike without her training wheels while there!. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house.

This house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Our kids were able to play in the game room on the rainy day and use the bikes on the rest of the days. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.
