This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! "Our group had an amazing time staying on this property. There are many areas inside the house as well as outside the house where you can gather with family and friends. It was very quick and easy to order Ubers/lyfts to the downtow Annapolis area whenever we needed. The house is also convientely located near a small shaping center less than a mile away. We would highly recommend this property!"

It was very spacious with several sitting areas, including a comfortable basement . There was also a small porch to sit on. . 4 beds were in listing but there’s no bed in the living room. "

"This was a very nice place to stay while moving our son to the area. We were only a few blocks from his new home. This is not an area that is close to tourist attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We enjoyed watching movies in the projector room. The renter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating."

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a great location. Safe and able to walk to the train station, Eastern Market, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was clean and communication was good. One challenge was using the bathroom sink. It was a bowl sink and the height of it made it difficult for me to use as I am only 5'2".
