"Sand is very on top of communicating. The apartment is on the second floor and has two rooms - one bedroom and one living room that has been converted into BR. The apartment was clean including the toilet, shower. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. A bit far if you want to take the metro - it did not matter to me as I had to take uber anyway. Overall I would recommend for single or couples to stay. Probably a bit cramped for families."

"This property was great for us. Communication with the owner is very professional and quick to respond. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. "This was a very nice place to stay while moving our son to the area. We were only a few blocks from his new home. This is not an area that is close to tourist attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We enjoyed watching movies in the projector room. "While the cottage may have some of the historic/ older quirks, it is a wonderful (and beautiful ) property that we would highly recommend! We loved the walk-ability to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Despite its close location, it’s quiet at night lending to a good nights sleep 😊.
