"The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. "Stayed here for two nights just to get away. Lovely little spot to relax in, great amenities and location (just 30 mins away from all the main towns and beaches). Hard to figure out where the access to the lake was, but the beaches were so close we just went there instead. You can tell the owners wanted to make this place a home away from home. It was lovely 😊 Definitely would recommend!"

"The property and the hosts were more than we expected. We stayed at the cottage because of a music festival that we attend every year. The cottage was only 15 minutes away and was by far the best place we have stayed in. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved having a fire our first night then waking every morning with a coffee and watching the fog clear on the river. We would not hesitate to book again!"

"Everything was as described and well managed. The host was very responsive and any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils etc. The hot tub was a wonderful source of relaxation and entertainment. "The cottage was beautiful, spacious and could easily accommodate our big family with every amenity. We loved the backyard, the dock and the gorgeous sunsets! The kids loved canoeing on the lake and hanging out in the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to deal with and checked on us throughout to make sure all was going well.
