"An sich eine schöne Anlage mit einem Haupthaus und 2 Gästehäusern die durch Treppen verbunden sind. Der Zustand ist nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig, notwendige Instandhaltung der Treppe vor dem Haus und das Geländer zum Gästehaus nicht durchgeführt . Nicht nutzbare Küchenutensilien wurden ..."
