TERRIBLE
"Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean ..."

"Our family had a wonderful time at Spruce Haven. The home was clean, cozy and just what our family needed to disconnect from the devices and enjoy nature. We spent the day skiing at Granite Peak then gathered around the fire pit at night & made s’mores. The kiddos also loved the loft spaces!"
