"The property and view exceeded expectations. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the nightly sunsets were amazing. The lodge had everything we needed to cook our own meals and have quiet nights in. My fiancée enjoyed the claw foot bathtub. "Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot. We enjoyed watching all of the young families at the pool. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Golf is right there and clubhouse restaurant was excellent. "

"Having a wrap around lanai that was big enough for relaxing and dining was amazing. This unit is located close to the pool and the Tropics restaurant. Just minutes to King and Queens shopping malls. Minutes driving to great beaches. Super quiet at night and was furnished very nicely. Lots of room for 2 couples. Everything we needed…except food and drink…was supplied. Would stay here again. "We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home."

"Our stay at Catrinka’s hale was stunning. Every morning I couldn’t believe the breeze coming through, and the views and sounds of nature out every window. It’s a quick drive to Waimea coffee company or Hapuna beach! There were many useful odds and ends as far as kitchen, toiletry, and beach items. Tape and scissors! We swapped pillows for the ones in the closet that were more like ours at home. Any time I needed something I was able to find it, if I wasn’t I knew Catrinka was a phone call away....
