"The first thing we noticed was how clean the home was, and it smelled nice. The home has been nicely maintained, and everything in the kitchen was labeled and organized. Krystal responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. The view from the house was really beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. "This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

"It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...
