"Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!"

"Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk to the park nearby, which was a huge hit with the kids. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from thoughtful touches like coffee and other essentials to checking in and making sure we were comfortable. "House was big enough for our group (8). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/serving implements. Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset. "

"Cute little rental, nicely decorated, very clean. The rental was stocked with the essentials which was nice. It was located in the city but very quiet neighborhood. During our stay it was in the 90’s so the nice air conditioning was appreciated. Went to use the grill on the last day but there was no gas just two empty propane tanks. Owners were very pleasant and very quick to respond during reservation."
