Updated house in Hays
The updates that have been done are very nice! From the electrical to the bathroom. My daughter loved the fan/nightlight. Everything was clean! We were in and out but the kitchen was updated and had all the basics you need! Close to I70 so it was easy access

This was a perfect place to stay as it was so close to my mother’s house and we could have our own space while in town for a wedding. The house is recently renovated and nicely organized.

I had reservations about staying “in town.” after great communication with the owner I decided to give it a try. It didn’t disappoint. We needed a quick clean and quiet over night stay. This was perfect!! Thank you for be so attentive and helpful!!

Found the needle in the HAYStack
Ya’ll, no joke! This home was the perfect pit stop for our family trip from Texas to Wyoming for a family wedding. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient from the highway. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and we even loved the shower curtain with biblical scriptures on it. Would have chosen it for our return trip but it wasn’t available. Will definitely try to stay again next time.

Stopover in Hays
We stayed one night to stopover on our drive back home. The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a quaint little memorial on the other side of the road. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had shampoo, soap, and conditioner available. The owner did very well communicating and the check in process was super easy. Don’t forget to “Czech” out the 20’ painted egg, just down the highway in Wilson, KS. The town surrounding it is interesting and full of history!

Great stay
We were in town for college rodeo so we’re in and out a lot. Simple home with everything you need; very quiet neighborhood; met our needs perfectly. This home was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Large fenced in back yard with sitting chairs. We appreciated the nice towels, bedding and cleaning products. Also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! Beds were comfortable. we would definitely stay there again!

As others have mentioned, the exterior of this house is awaiting renovation, for example, the windows have small gaps and need to be replaced. But the location is good: comfortable neighborhood across from the park, with a large back yard, and the place was immaculate and well furnished. Would absolutely stay here again!

I want to thank Adam for reaching out to me. The dates needed to be changed and he was very helpful. The house was perfect. I love the little touches added for Christmas. Great for a reunion
We were in town for a family reunion. There were 4 adults that stayed in the house quite comfortably. The house was very clean with up to date appliances. There was an issue with the AC, but the property owner had someone there within a couple hours of when we checked in to fix it. The location was in town which made it easy to get to the grocery store and gas station. They had several streaming services so we had many options to watch movies at night when we returned from our reunion activities. There was coffee, breakfast bars, and a little candy which was a nice touch. Just like home. We would definitely stay there again.

Hays House
This is a newly renovated property and it has been done very nicely. The house is clean and everything you need is there. There are a number of games, books, snacks and coffees available to use. There is plenty of space for children to play and the back yard is huge for a property in town. It was 10 minutes at most to just about anywhere you might want to go in Hays. Don't let the exterior of the property stop you from booking. As of July 23 it has not been remodeled. When we were in the garage putting away recycle we noticed high quality new windows for the entire house. The owners are obviously planning on completing the outside as well. We highly recommend this property and will return.
