"Overall it was good. Location was perfect, right in the heart of town. Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had."

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again"

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable.
