"Amazing property, very beautiful lake. The house was very clean and had everything you could need and more. The beds were super comfortable and the pool table was a hit. The only downside was the steep road to get to the house. Going down was fine but going back up was slick and difficult for our car without 4WD."

"This house is absolutely perfect for a getaway! Plenty of space for everyone! Very clean! The beds are comfy and the AC works great! The lake is just a short walk from the house and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. We spent most of our time hanging out on the back screened in porch. The hosts were easy to work with! "Great location in quiet, well kept neighborhood. The property is within a couple of miles from family with permanent home in Heber Springs so it was in a very convenient location for us. The toilet in the master bath needs maintenance attention and there were cobwebs seen along baseboards and ceilings. We would definitely stay in the property again as the opportunity arises. "

"This place is awesome! There is ample space to have family dinners, cooking, playtime, movies, hiking, and Alone time. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The kids asked for a golden spoon for their cereal!!! The closets are packed with all baby gear! The game room is full of games for all ages ! We found a deck of cards, also. Something I forgot! Mattress made noise but it wasn't spring noise - was a little annoying if one of us got up in the middle of the night. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed.
