"My wife, daughter, and beagle had a fantastic stay for several days. The location left nothing to be desired; the sounds of the ocean provided the soundtrack for our trip, and I could easily pop across the street to stroll along the beach with ease to walk the dog, watch my daughter play with sand, and comb for beach treasures. Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions and made us feel well taken care of. Would happily stay again!"

Said 4 Bedrooms and a game room...in reality it is three bedrooms with a trundle bed in the game room! Listed 2 rooms with King beds,1 room with queen and bunk bed and 1 bedroom with a full bed.(This is the game room with the trundle bed.) Very miss leading! The furniture shown in the pictures is not what is there! A very used sectional with very used pillows is what we found. ...

"This was my 79th Birthday/New Years trip with my family of 8 (2 teenagers (15-19). As soon as we checked in, my youngest grandson gave me a hug and said, "Grandma, this place is awesome!" We all agreed! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a K-cup coffee maker! Most important for us was the easy beach access and the fantastic view but we all fell in love with the house itself! I am glad my tall sons have patience and a sense of humor for the small showers!...

The King bedroom had an extremely comfortable mattress. The queen bedrooms mattress was a little soft for our family. They're very accommodating of pets and make having them in the home Easy for you. "We loved the spacious downstairs and enjoyed the house overall. It was nice that you couldn't hear noise from downstairs in the upstairs bedrooms. The master suites are great! Gorgeouse sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The only downside is we had expected a second living area/rec room in the house. It is really a garage set up like a rec room. It was much too cold to even explore."
