Good property with a beautiful view - fantastic fire pit, plenty of room, fun fuse ball table. It's technically walkable (distance wise), but the road is very unsafe (one lane, one way, hard to see) if you would be walking with children or late at night it would be very unsafe.
We ended up driving to town which was not ideal, and paying to park ($10 a day). If you don't care about walkability, the location is great. For the price per night, the owner should fix the master bedroom fan as it's so noisy it kept us up, but we needed it due to being warm in the middle level (bottom level was extremely cool). Also, might want to upgrade the pans as they were cheap and were not non-stick. The cabin was overall very clean - except there were a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen when we arrived, which stayed around until we covered the drain and took the trash out a lot. The WiFi is intermittent at best so if you're going to do any work or have kids with devices - not a good fit. However, if you are going to unplug - it's great! Back porch was incredible view and was so fun to relax each evening or listen to the rain.
Overall, good, fun stay with our family! We just ended up leaving a day early due to the dangerous road, intermittent WiFi and noisy fan.
