Perfect couples hideaway!
We loved this sweet little cabin for a couples getaway. Perfect place to play games, enjoy the hot tub, cook and watch movies. You are within 5 to 10 minutes of unbelievable hiking and Helen, Georgia where you can grab groceries or go out to eat!

Wonderful experience
The cabin was very cozy and quaint. Easy to find, directions were helpful but also GPS took us right to where we needed to be, and the signs for the cabin were easy to follow from there. The cabin was clean, and the property very well maintained. The only suggestion I would have to other guests would be to bring your own pillow if you have preferences (I always bring mine because I have neck pain, and need a very thick supportive pillow. The pillows at the cabin were okay for my husband but he tends to like a flatter pillow with less support. But it is not anything I would consider a negative about the cabin. Just a matter of preference and knowing in advance) It is very conveniently located to Ana Ruby, the town of Helen, Cleveland, Smithgall conservation and more. It is somewhere we would stay again!

Great Cabin
My wife and I rented this cabin to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect setting for us. It was very secluded, but still just a short 5-7 minute drive to downtown Helen. The cabin is cozy and welcoming. We really liked the open floor plan and the exposed beans in the ceiling. We also enjoyed the hot tub and large front porch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and pretty cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor fireplace every day. The cabin being so close to downtown Helen was so convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay at Moose Creek Lodge and would recommend highly. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Birthday vacay!
Both my boyfriend and my birthdays passed while we had our stay and we were impressed with the cabin. It’s very cute inside and was very clean upon arrival. The hot tub worked perfectly (besides the lights but the experience overall was amazing). The weather was below 50 so the hot tub was an amazing touch.

I appreciated the secluded setting which was only a short drive to Helen and Unicoi State Park. Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable bed, garden tub, hot tub, and a wood burning fireplace - there was reasonably priced firewood for sale at the end of the road. There was a small TV available with a satellite TV connection that had very limited viewing options and a signal that came and went. I didn't intend on watching any TV during my stay so this was minor inconvenience. All necessary appliances, dishes, and cookware were available and if I were to stay here again I would certainly bring plenty of food to grill and avoid dining out. Highly recommended and a good value. Looking forward to a return visit next autumn.

The cabin was quite serene for me and my husband. We enjoyed the convenience of things to do in the area and being able to wind down in the jacuzzi afterwards. FYI…the light on the jacuzzi does not work but other than that, it was great.

Perfect location and atmosphere
The cabin was in the perfect location to enjoy Helen, Unicoi and kayaking. The cabin was great for our family and we especially enjoyed the fire pit each night.

Not as great as the listing seems
Very cute property and still a nice cabin to stay at. Just overall disappointed with the stay. The cabin makes it look / sound like it is pretty isolated but there is properties behind and next to it that are close enough you can see & hear people talking from. Pretty poor communication from the company as well, hard to get ahold of the property manager at all. Pretty drive up and a good area but have had much better experiences with other cabins and private owners rather than this larger company

Another Great Stay!
This is a gem of a property tucked away outside of Helen. The owners did a great job setting up an easy check in/out process and called to check in on us directly. We really enjoyed our stay at the Moose Creek Lodge and thank you Georgia Mountain Rentals!
