Pleasant stay with some minor inconvenience
The cabin was very nice and quaint. I had to call the property owner while I was there due to the hot water not working. There is a jetted tub in the rest room that is nice, but unusable unless you boil water first because the hot water runs out before the tub is anywhere near a bathable level. The pond area and fishing were nice. The ad lists air conditioning, but what they mean is there is a window unit in the closet if you want to drag it out and install it. They said they hadnt gotten around to putting it in, but the cabin is very stuffy without it. The owners were very friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay, with some minor inconveniences.

This cabin was such a lovely stay; it’s quiet, well kept, and with lovely views of the pong and pasture. The kitchen was very well stocked and so were all of the rooms. It was lovely sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch and take in the peaceful surroundings. My only gripe was that there were many uncovered windows, no blinds or curtains so I felt very exposed. We had to hang some towels over the big windows so we didn’t feel watched. But other than that the cabin and the property owners were lovely! I highly recommend staying here.

The porch is nice, the cabin was cute and quaint. We saw a deer. The broken window upstairs is a little creepy but no issues from it. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Peaceful New Year getaway
We were impressed with the quiet location at the end of a short road with no close neighbors. The pond with deer grazing around it was a pretty view from the wrap around deck. It was pretty chilly so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside on the deck. We did however spend time in front of the warm gas fireplace. The cabin was beautiful with all the wood and was amply stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was close to great hiking, which we took advantage of doing. It was a nice cozy place to usher in the new year!

Secluded in Nature
Great secluded place. Beautiful nature is all around. No noises or other interruptions. Close to main highways . Blairsville is handy with plenty of stores carrying everybday needs. Good places to eat. Centrally located to many points of interests. Hosts were very responsive to messages and very nice. We enjoyed the properly and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quit getaway and also be able to interact with the rest of the world when needed.
