"We booked this place to stay at in the Weaverville area while we fish. It was a great place to stay for my son and I. Two large bedrooms with large beds and a third secondary bedroom off the kitchen. The place was clean, plenty of dishes and glasses and pots and pans for us to cook our own meals. Great heating and air conditioning systems that were easy to use, a TV that was easy to use, and a fabulous outdoor area with a great Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again. "Great location and clean property. These are the tiny houses near a riverside, the views and beauty is serene. Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by."

"My wife and I were looking for a place that wasnt too far from the redwoods. This was almost a 2 hour drive but the scenery was awesome. We also checked out the local towns one day and those were great too. At the end of the night we were able to have a fire in the wood burner and get toasty warm. For what we were looking for, the place was great!"

"It should have disclosed as an airbnb. Obviously there was no instruction at all for gaining access to the property. Without the two very helpful neighbors, for certain, we were out in the cold."

"We had a great time during our stay, the house was clean and comfortable, and very well maintained. The house sits on a large piece of property with a hiking trail out back, and a river across the street. Beautiful views, quiet, and little to no phone signal for much needed R&R."

Having not seen the Grange room except in a photograph online, and then having the fortuitous experience of seeing it...
