The perfect base to explore Cornwall
The caravan was brilliant. Very well equipped and spacious for my family of 5 including 3 teenagers. Sarah and Neil were perfect hosts. Communication was excellent and they made sure that the caravan had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The caravan is situated on a busy park which had plenty of everything going on but was lovely and quiet when it came to bedtime. Cornwall is amazing and the caravan was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. We visited the seal sanctuary, saw wild seals at Lizard Point, kynance cove, mullion cove, st Michael's Mount and the Eden Project. We've eaten like kings in the many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area and lapped up the sunshine on beautiful beaches. Literally cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for letting us stay.

Lizard Point
A well appointed static caravan for travelling around Cornwall. Caravan was spotless and very comfortable. Welcome package on arrival. Highly recommend. We were lucky with weather but if it was raining there is plenty in the caravan and on site to keep you entertained for all ages.

Property was immaculate and owners were really friendly and helpful with questions about the accommodation, local area and facilities. Welcome pack was detailed and helpful too. It was a pleasure to stay.

Beautiful modern well equipped caravan
Just a pure joy to stay in this caravan , excellent communication and advice regarding list of gluten free restaurants in the area . The caravan was well equipped and very clean with added decking on the side of the property and at the front . The caravan was a joy to stay in , we have holidayed in this Parkdean park for the last 4 years and definitely would recommend going and in this caravan ! ( best on site in my opinion) plenty to do in this part of Cornwall , you won’t be disappointed ! The owner Sarah has Amazon attention to detail regarding the caravan and also to her guest
