Super Accommodations
Great property in New Wilmington but not to far from New Castle shops and restaurants. The property has a great layout with comfortable furnishings, it was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was in working order and none of the furnishings were overworn. We will recommend to friends and we will stay here again when visiting the area.

A Cozy Haven
The property was gorgeous and so cozy! We can with 4 children aged 9 and under to visit family in the area. This proved to be a perfect haven each evening away from the busyness of our days. And Patti was amazing, anticipating our needs all along the way.

Delightful experience!
This location seemed perfect. The hosts have thought of just about everything you might need. Not only are all needs provided, but the space is imaginatively and attractively decorated. The beds and other furniture are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to town. I will definitely return, if I return to the area.

Heavenly retreat!
The host was so accommodating and friendly, she made us feel more like family than "visitors". Always available to answer questions through the entire process. The apartment was cozy, quiet and a perfect place to rest. The bedrooms were so comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, dining room and living room to keep us happy. Games, smart TV, fireplace. It was an easy drive to stores, restaurants and events. Check in and check out was simple. I would, and I will return for sure!

Hometown
Was n town for a family reunion and rather than hotel, we stayed here. We were very happy with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. The area was off the beat and path but close to everything including being in the center of Amish Country. Communication with the host was awesome, she checked in daily on us. if you are looking for an extremely quiet neighborhood away from everything but close enough, this is the place for sure.

Excellent Hostess….great location
The property we stayed at was very well laid out, and well furnished with excellent accessories. Hostess Patti was very attentive to all our needs, and very responsive to our questions. The location of the property is within 1 mile of new Wilmington, and in the middle of Amish country. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would return without hesitation.

Our stay at this property was absolutely exceptional! The cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, reflecting the owners' evident pride and care. Perfect Amish getaway location
The location of this rental was just outside town, with Amish neighbors just down the road. Lots of Amish businesses to visit! Also not too far from the outlet mall in Grove City! And 2 beautiful state parks nearby to go hiking! Our host was thoughtful and made great suggestions of things to do! Loved our stay!

A charming daylights basement apartment
Joe and Patti are very friendly, welcome us to their semi-basement apartment. Both bedrooms have big windows with garden view and daylights. Rooms are clean, and comfortable like a home away from home.

Beautiful little apartment with comfortable amenities. Patti and Joey are great hosts and very accommodating. The setting is serene and pastoral, and we so enjoyed the evenings on the porch, overlooking the barley field with its attendant bits of wildlife. Wonderful, abundant fireflies in the evenings brought back memories of my childhood in PA. This setting and the simple Amish agrarian life all around the area made for a pleasant stay! Thanks so much!

Touring our childhood home
Our first VRBO experience will not be our last. Rather than do our usual check-in-to-a-local-motel routine, we elected the VRBO route and have no regrets. The property was lovely, the hosts were always reachable, and the location was just what we wanted... a quiet cul de sac, farmland, small-town ambience, and lots of local attractions that we had never "toured" when growing up in the same county.

Anniversary
The apartment was very nice and as advertised. Patti was an excellent host. Thanks for the amish donuts! The area is so peaceful nice to get away from the noise of the city. Highly recommend staying here. Would recommend separate thermostats to control the temperature. Thanks again Patti for letting us celebrate our 40th anniversary at your place.

Quaint, Spacious, Quiet Retreat
The owner, Patti, was amazing with communicating when we booked the apartment and her communication didn’t disappoint throughout the months before we arrived. We were going to New Wilmington for a grandson’s graduation and of course, coming from California, we had many questions. From the moment we arrived, Patti was so nice and continued to text us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Our stay was perfect, the apartment was beautiful and extremely clean and anything you wanted was there! Thanks so much to Patti for making our family weekend the BEST!!!
