"Although we chose this home because of its proximity to the Washington Hospital Center, we really enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. Bloomindale is a charming neighborhood, and the home is directly next to a small park where families have picknicks with small children and folks are walking their dogs. "The house was really close to DC and made it easy to get into the city to see the memorials and museums. It was also close to the Zoo which made it nice to get an early start on the day. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed reading in the backyard around the fire pit while the little kids napped. We were able to park 2 minivans and an SUV in the parking area. "We used this property for 10 days and found it perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids and they loved the place and the playground near by. We were notified the dishwasher wasn’t working when we arrived and Aksh was able to get a new one installed in two days. He had great communication and was very nice. One complaint I had is that some of the couches and cloth covered chairs had some stains. Overall would recommend."
