Unpon arriving we were given early access (1 hr) appreciated very much. Upon entry not too much was as listed. There was no hot tub, all 3 bathroom's i had to clean myself (before and after photos taken) toilets had poo around the back of them. Supposed to be 5 bedrooms but was only 4. Bbq leaked gas and 1 nob didnt work at all. WiFi did not work. Main bathroom bin had used sanitary items in it from previous guest. The bathroom light downstairs did not work. All bins outside were over flowing and birds were pulling rubbish out. But when we tried to make contact we were left unanswered and still are awaiting a reply. The house is cleaner (much, much) now then when we arrived.

Great location, large house
This property was plenty large for our group of 7 adults. The host was also super accomodating as we arrived earlier than originally planned and had trouble with the key box code. The bins however were beyond full and overflowing, on arrival the rubbish had been pulled all over the lawn by bin chickens. They had clearly been not emptied for a while as they were full of maggots. The wifi does not reach the lower unit meaning the smart tv was pretty useless.

Convenient and no fuss for a large family
Great for us. Bring your own supplies though. Cheap Uber to shops. Nice walk to beach. Comfortable and roomy. Good bathrooms.

Great family/group property to stay.
We were a family group & were very comfortable in this property. Being two separate spaces suited as the older couple used downstairs along with one teenager & other family members had upstairs. There was everything we needed in both units although as we were attending a wedding and associated functions we didn’t utilise all that was available. It is located in a quiet area and a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront, great fish & chips shop (Maddigans) & the best ice cream shop ever, as declared by the 6 year old! Communication with the owner was easy and responses were prompt. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again if returning to Hervey Bay.

Family get-together
Good condition, good location and parking. Difficulty with tv in bedroom in lower flat. WiFi poor in lower flat which affected TV and had to go outside to use internet. Sliding doors need a little work. Overall worth the stay.

Perfect house for large group
We loved our stay in this house (both in the main house and the unit downstairs). It fit 2 families travelling together well, and with the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge we never felt squeezed in. The house was lovely and clean with clean bedding and towels provided. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals too. The only downside was communication regarding collection of keys and no after 5pm collection and only finding this out the day of arrival, which made our plans rushed to arrive ontime.

Bed shortage
The house in general was very comfortable however we were short two beds. The couch in the downstairs area was supposed to convert to two beds but unless you were a small child it couldn’t be used and there was only one set of sheets which didn’t fit. We had to call the agent to come and help us work out the configuration of the couch but he also struggled. The beds should have all been made up but the managers of the property couldn’t do it. We ended up with one child sleeping on the floor and another in with the parents. I was very disappointed as this was an early Christmas present to my children and their family. There was no compensation given.

Family holiday in a lovely location at Hervey Bay
The accommodation was incredible and the perfect place for our family, very spacious, clean and very tidy. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to venture back and stay in this property again.
