"The pool was very dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and they refused. The blankets on the beds were dirty and smelled bad. I booked for two nights and three days and my daughters couldn't sleep another night there so we left the cabin just before the second night. Yes the cabin is very nice but the service and cleaning are terrible."

"I had a wonderful time visiting Lake Arrowhead. The cabin has one room but has all the facilities a single person or a couple may need. It has a very quant deck with some privacy. The cabin was clean and well decorated. The owner communicated promptly and was wonderful to work with! If I come back to Lake Arrowhead this would be on my list of places to stay!!! "

"We appreciated the attention to details, the s’mores making packet, the coffee k-cups, every kitchen product you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The deck is wonderful, the fire pit and fireplace were both used. Instructions are everywhere so you always know how to get things done. We walked around the lake with the private pass, and it was perfect. "

"I was thoroughly impressed with this property all around! The main attraction was the real creek that is accessible to from the backyard. It was private and serene. However I was even more impressed with the dayspa-like backyard that included a sauna, hot tub and ice plunge. "If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, cozy getaway, this is your place! This cabin is immaculate and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever cookware, utensils, etc... that you may need to cook a meal. The cupboard shelves are labeled so there is no guesswork about where things belong. There are tasteful instructions on how to light the fireplace, use Alexa, etc....Communication with the owner is prompt, polite, and courteous. They even provide an Adventure Pass...

"Everything about the house was amazing. I don’t know if I’ve ever stayed somewhere as well equipped to accommodate large groups! The only thing that didn’t work out for us was that I thought the lake access would be a little more swimming friendly, but it was not. It was pretty weedy and only really good for launching kayaks. Would definitely stay here again though!"

"Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10"

"Our staff of 5 was looking for a place in the mountains to get a little rest and recreation together for team building. We couldn't have found a better spot!! It was so convenient to the shops/lake, etc. The floor-plan gave us all privacy as well as great areas for group hangout, conversations, and fun. This was also the smoothest and easiest coordination I've ever had with a vrbo owner. Can't wait to find a reason to come back up here with my family! "
