"We all have such busy lives, we couldn't wait to spend a weekend away and your cabin was just the right place to do that ! The weather was cold and snowy ....perfect for staying in and enjoying the cozy fireplace . The children enjoyed the variety of games and toys, while we enjoyed some card games and took turns preparing delicious meals . Mornings were my favorite to see a variety of birds and small furry animals that live near by. The view of Lake Irene was stunning.....was completely...

"Our niece's wedding was at Carlos Creek Winery. This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was very spacious, very clean and lots of amenities. We had a bonfire Saturday night. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The cabin itself while small is really nice. It wasn't really warm while we were there, the AC worked well. The lot is a nice lot with good flat ground by the lake and the shore is sand. We didn't use the washing machine, but the dryer was nice to have for wet clothes. The issues I had with the place is that while it is sand bottom it was very weedy. The neighbors either pull weeds or have a weed roller. The owners didn't do any of that. So if you are planning on swimming at the cabin...

There is a mowed path over to the neighbor’s house (where more of our family was staying) so it made for a convenient trek. Clean little house. Perfect for a long weekend or week!"

"Not a lot of options in Wadena for hotels, but this is definitely the best one. Also, Roku televisions in the room was a nice upgrade from the last time I stayed."

"Nice clean hotel, stayed here 3 nights during a hunting trip with the kids. The standard room was very clean and big, more than plenty of room for our coolers and extra luggage. Fridge, microwave, & huge parking lot. Only cons - breakfast wasnt much (didn't need it anyways brought our own) & hot tub/pool room was out of commission"
