"The BIG surprise was in check in. I was expecting to pay $46 resort fee and it ended up being $61. They have a few more fees than last time, which was $38. This was a total surprise. The stay was nice, however the toilet was not bolted to the floor on both sides. It moved constantly. The floors seemed dirty."

"Had a very splendid stay! The villa is beautiful, very spacious, and the furnishings were comfortable. The balcony was nice for our morning coffee. Loved that the shower and the tub was separated; and it had a water closet as well. Getting to the parking was a little different but not hard. Communication was excellent. We will be back….Soon!! "

"My family and I found this gem last minute as we were evacuating from Florida during Hurricane Milton. It was the best find and blessing in disguise we could have ever imagined in a scary time. Our host was kind, accommodating and communicative. The location is amazing and convenient - walkable to restaurants, shops and parks. The interior decor is adorable and it was wonderful to have a little kitchenette during our stay. We fell in love with SSI and can’t wait to come back soon… hopefully not...

While quiet, it was a quick walk to the pier, shops and restaurants, and an easy bike ride to the beach. The condo itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. "We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. "Overall it was so quiet and peaceful. Only negative was the front porch light, Laundry light and outside yard lights did not work. I think bulbs needing changing, the ceiling fans had dust on them and there was a huge spill in one of the kitchen cabinets where someone spilled something on the island.
