Jeff and Christine are great hosts
Jeff and Christine's place is amazing! They really made sure I had everything I could possibly need. When we had a power outage, Jeff was super quick to respond, which was so appreciated since I was juggling two little ones (the outage was due to a car hitting a utility pole nearby, not anything with their home!). I've known Jeff for years—he’s a great family friend who we've come to know over the years as my parents live down the street on the lake. It was wonderful to spend some quality time with my small family during our holiday visit to my parents. Having NEDs right next door was such a bonus when we needed a quick bite, and the staff there is always fantastic. Thanks a ton, Jeff & Christine!

Great Experience in Richland MI
Perfectly updated and comfortable place which still preserves its historic Michigan farmhouse atmosphere! We were in town for a family wedding and this home provided the perfect home away from home. Hosts and property were A+.

Family Trip to Gull Lake
The location is right across from the public boat dock, very convenient. The house was bigger than expected and very clean. We had a great time. I LOVED the outdoor porch, getting to sit outside without all the bugs!

Stay Here!
We booked this lovely home for our daughters, spouses, and grandchildren visiting from overseas for a 3 week period. Perfect location, ample space, all the necessities needed. Thanks Christine and Jeff! Also, NED's right next door for a quickbite to eat is so convenient.

Beautiful and Convenient
The house and property was spotless and had all amenities you have in your own home. We felt comfortable using dishes, towels, sheets. The location is directly across from a lake/boat dock. Ned’s restaurant is in the same parking lot basically and has really good food and ice cream. It’s also just a short drive from gas stations, shopping, grocery stores. Lake Michigan was a little bit of a drive but worth the effort. The owners are always around if you need anything but they don’t hover. It really was a perfect stay for our family. All the bedrooms upstairs can control their own air conditioning which was nice. We had a wonderful time and are planning a return trip already! Thank you, Jeff and Christine, for letting us stay in you beautiful home.

Extra cute. Well cared for property. Everything we needed and more! Ned's restaurant next door was an added bonus. The water and park across the street was great. Only negative was road noise.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Barry County. The location was excellent and the place was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped , and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on a deck and watched the fireworks . We already booked our next vacation at this property .Thank you to our hosts !

Christine and Jeff’s place is a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect, not too close too close to town yet a relatively short drive into Kalamazoo. Plenty of dining options as well.

Fantastic rental property! House exactly as pictured, clean, well cared for, organized, stocked well with a lot of thought! Owners were very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. The lake is beautiful, just wish there was a larger sandy beach to enjoy it even more! Highly recommend!

Awesome spot for our family to gather.
This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children to gather for an extended weekend! Very clean, good sized, well equipped kitchen, large deck, and a very spacious enclosed front porch, where we spent a great deal of our family time. The bedrooms were a good size, a couple of mattresses could use upgrading, but were adequate for our stay. The boat launch, small beach, and park is directly across the street. My 3 year old grandson loved watching the boats line up as they awaited entry into the park. The house is on a busy road, but traffic noise was not an issue when inside the home. Ned’s restaurant is a stones throw away for dine in, or take out, which they will deliver right to your door, also ice cream available for that evening indulgence. Small party store a block away.

this house is VERY nice, pictures don't do the charm and quality justice. It's right across from the public boat dock so lots of activity to watch and enjoy and EASY steps to the dock and the park. Owners are SUPER nice & helpful. Neds Restaurant next door is not to be missed. GREAT food and service. We hope to rent again next year. RENT! Gull Lake is beautiful!! ENJOY

Wonderful property and owners. Immediate response to everything. Great property for using your boat on Gull lake! Room for family to eat together and play games! Food right next door if you choose not to cook in the kitchen full of whatever you need to cook with including outdoor grill. Ice cream everynight. Comfy beds too!
