"This is our third stay at Doug and Janet's property, and they NEVER disappoint!! Four grandkids' now ages 4, 6, 15, and 18. Everyone as usual had a GREAT time fishing, swimming, kayaking, swinging on swing set, hammock, and smores at the firepit. Property has Everything you could possibly need and more for your stay!!! "This is a wonderful place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. The host was amazing and communicated the whole time. The view from the back porch was beautiful as well. "

"Location was great, dock was nice. Water was really shallow so we had to put the trim up and float in. Nearby Marina that was suggested didn’t allow launching because of damaged launch. Storm was rolling in so we tried to take the boat to the house… owner said there was lots of room. The angle of the driveway was prohibitive for backing a boat trailer in. Aside from that, the space was decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Grill on deck was nice. Unfortunately, the place...

"It was clean and well equipped. There was dog toys too! There were spices, coffee and wine! We actually brought our keurig lol. We might suggest new bathroom towels. The dryer was down so I couldn’t wash them. The wonderful host alerted us right away, before we arrived. We might suggest a bench on the pier. A way to see local news is all I can add. It was great! "Needed a quiet place to unwind for a couple of days. This place checked ALL of the boxes...quiet cove, beautiful view and a porch with a swing! While we were there for a quiet time, I think a family would find it enjoyable as well. Oh and didn't want to forget how clean the house was. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to prepare a quiet gourmet meal or a big family feast! We have stayed at quite a few VRBO properties and this one ranked right...

"My daughter and I took a weekend "girl's" trip. We wanted to visit Emerald Hollow Mine. I took a chance and stayed at this lovely property instead of staying in a hotel. It was an excellent decision! The house literally has everything you could ever want ready and available for your stay. The beds are so comfy with plenty of pillows to choose from.
