"Beautiful property. We actually got the chance to meet the new owners they are wonderful people. The property has been recently renovated so if you see reviews 6 to 8 months old I wouldn't put too much stock in those. The ocean view rooms are fantastic you are steps from the beach there's a pool if the ocean is not your thing. Very well equipped with lounge chairs umbrellas there's actually a pirate ship and a little play area for the kids with a splash pad while the adults relax at the pool...

"We had a big family Christmas at Sand in my Boots and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is right on the beach so we could let the children go out and dig in the sand and watch them from one of two wide covered decks. There were plenty of rooms for privacy and plenty of space for gathering. It was great!"

"This is our third year to take the team on a trip like this and this house is by far the best we have rented. The play room was a huge hit! The boys spent all their free time playing pool and ping pong rather than being on their phones or TV. The hot tub was enormous and a great feature especially since it was too cold for the ocean. I am so thankful we found this house and hope to return. "

"This beach house is cute and cozy! I like that it's closer to the ferry, close to the beach and not overly- surrounded by other beach houses. Theres a nice view of pasture in the front where you see horses and cows. At night you can see shooting stars and lightning bugs. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and has goregous lightening. The host is super friendly and very quick to answer questiins. We will definitely stay here again! "

"The house was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. I wish I would have known ahead of time that I could not get food or groceries delivered to the home. Someone before us had spilled in the oven and made a mess I tried to clean it but it still needs cleaned. The left front burner on the stove does not work. A clip on the pool is already broken. The front door is very hard to get latched and locked. The house was as promised but the area was a bit to be desired for my family. ...
