"This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. "Our stay was fantastic! David was very accommodating in letting us put our luggage in a safe environment until we were ready to settle in. The entire atmosphere made you feel at home. "The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. "Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area."

"The place was perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was really nice and had great water pressure and different options for spraying the water. It also had a towel warmer. There were a few things that we were missing but they made sure to bring them over very quickly upon request. "
